Return Policy
Not happy with the product and wish to return your order? We’re here to help and support you throughout our return process.
- Before making return, please email us Return Authorisation Form via kenikseyarns@gmail.com so we can process your refund as soon as possible.
- Any returns must be completed within 14 days from the day your order has been delivered.
- Returned items must be in original condition, including labels and packaging your order has been received in. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept returns of damaged items or orders without original packaging.

Courier Options
It is buyer’s responsibility to arrange return and pay the costs of return postage. We won’t be able to cover shipping costs to return any unwanted items.
We recommend using liable and reputable service which provides tracking and/or insurance, as we will not be liable for loss or damage caused in transit and we suggest keeping proof of the postage until your refund has been completed.
Refund
Your refund will be processed by our team after item has been received and condition of the returned product has been inspected.
Refund will be processed within 3-10 working days after receiving returned items minus original shipping costs that has been paid when placing the order if your order wasn’t eligible for free shipping.
We will contact you to let you know your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time and we would recommend returning any unwanted items back to us and place new order instead.
Incorrect or Damaged items
We do our best to ensure that our products are highest quality and up to brand standards. However, if you have received damaged, defected, or incorrect item please contact us so we can investigate and resolve issues as quickly as possible.
We will be able to replace or refund any damaged, defected or incorrectly sent items free of charge, by covering return shipping costs and/or arranging collection for delivery.
Although we aim to provide as close to true life pictures of our products as possible, due to the nature of hand dyed yarn and different monitors, colours may slightly differ from the images provided on our website and this will not be considered as incorrect or damaged item.
