General terms

This page contains Kenikse Yarns terms and conditions, and we strongly suggest reading this before purchasing any products, as by purchasing you agree upon these terms and conditions.

All the information provided or obtained is collected to ensure smooth ordering and delivery process. Please see more in our Privacy Policy.

Payment

Until purchase is completed, all the products remain the property of Kenikse Yarns, and we leave ourselves the right not to send any items if payment has been rejected or if any issues occur receiving it.

The price applied to your order at the time of purchase, including shipping costs can be seen before the confirmation of the purchase. We do not store card information, and payment process is completely safe and secure.

Delivery

Please note that custom and or import fees are not included in our services. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and or receiver and are imposed in accordance with the regulations of the country to which the goods are being shipped. 

Order cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched for full refund including shipping costs if those have been applied.

Cancellation does not apply to orders that have been dispatched and in order to receive full refund, without the shipping costs, item must be returned to us in condition it has been received.

Returns and refunds

Returned items must not have been used and must be in their original condition, including labels and tags that products have been sent in as they will be inspected once received.

Although returned items must be with the labels, the return packaging does not need to be the shipped back in the same packaging. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that returned items are properly packed so as not to be damaged during the return journey. In the event that a returned item arrives in inadequate conditions, we will return the item to you. In this case, we will not be able to proceed with the refund. Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method you used when placing an order.

If the items do not comply with the quality requirements or you have received wrong items, you shall have a right, in accordance with the procedure provided for by law, that the items should be replaced to the correct quality or you have a right for refund.

If you want to return the defective or wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order by sending us Return Authorisation Form. If you have discovered our fault, please take pictures of the defective, or wrong item sent it to us so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Your Account

You, as a customer, are responsible for the information that you are providing on our website.

A customer must not use the account unlawfully or rudely or in other ways that may cause harm to Kenikse Yarns.

We leave ourselves the right to remove or suspend your account if we notice any signs of suspicious activity. Using someone else’s Kenikse Yarns account without their permission is strictly prohibited.
